By joining the PictorFrame waitlist, you register your interest in future hardware availability. No payment is taken or required to join the waitlist. When hardware becomes available, you will be invited to make a purchase under our standard terms of sale. Joining the waitlist does not legally obligate you to purchase a device.
In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, if you proceed to purchase a device in the future, you may cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch for a full refund. Once the product is delivered, you have the statutory right to return the physical product in its original condition within 14 days of receipt for a refund.
PictorFrame products store all user media (photos, art, and digital files) exclusively on the local physical hardware. PictorFrame Ltd provides no cloud backup service. It is the user's sole responsibility to maintain backups of their original photos. PictorFrame Ltd is not liable for data loss caused by hardware failure, SD card corruption, power surges, or physical damage to the device.
The remote upload feature requires an active internet connection and relies on third-party secure tunneling infrastructure. While we engineer the OS for maximum uptime, we do not guarantee 100% uninterrupted remote access. The core display and slideshow functionality will continue to operate normally while entirely offline.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. By using this website or purchasing a PictorFrame product, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
