The PictorFrame Hardware Guarantee

We do not collect, view, store, process, or sell your personal photos. All media uploaded to a PictorFrame device is stored strictly locally on the internal hardware inside your home. The remote networking feature acts strictly as an encrypted pass-through. We do not have access to your device, your galleries, or your screen.

1. Information We Collect

While we do not collect data from the physical photo frame, we do collect standard data when you interact with our website:

Identity & Contact Data: Name, email address, billing address, and delivery address.
Financial Data: Payment card details are collected directly by our secure third-party payment processors. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.
Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and operating system used to access our storefront.

2. How We Use Your Data

Under UK GDPR, we will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we use your data to:

Manage waitlist reservations and notify you of hardware availability.
Process and deliver your order, including managing payments and providing logistics updates.

Couriers & Logistics: To deliver the physical product to your address.
Cloudflare Inc: We utilize Cloudflare Zero Trust to provide the secure https:// tunneling feature for your frame. This service encrypts the connection between your mobile device and your frame. Cloudflare does not store your photos.

4. Data Security & Retention

We have implemented robust security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used, or accessed in an unauthorized way. We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, including any legal, accounting, or tax requirements.
